Brewery Square Dorchester Christmas Market
The Dorchester Brewery Square Christmas Market starts on Saturday 23rd November which is Christmas Light switch on day and is expected to be extremely busy, the final day is Sunday 22nd December.
We have 30 wooden Chalets for rental they measure 3m x 2.4 and are exactly as in the photo above. You can have them either open door style or counter style, the choice is yours.
Six chalets will be placed on Eldridge Street outside Dragonfly and 24 will form two rows back to back on Pope Street from the Train Station end to the Square. At each end of the rows are a larger chalet measuring 4.5 x 2.4m. One of the larger chalets will be Santa’s Grotto and the other will be the sole food concession.
Twelve of the chalets are for daily bookings and the remaining 18 are for weekly bookings only. We totally understand that not everyone can trade everyday. We want the market to be consistent and so if you visited at 11am on Monday morning you would have the same factors as you would at 6pm on Saturday night. The market hours are 10 - 7 every day. Santa’s Grotto, the bar, the food concession and the ice rink will all be open 10 - 7 daily. There is daily music and entertainment from all sorts of choirs, schools and entertainers.
The daily chalets are available for as little as one day, you can choose any dates over the market period though most of the weekends have now gone. Weekly chalets are for a minimum of one week but you can book for the whole period. Chalets cost £50 per day plus VAT. The chalets come with external lighting and it’s own potted Christmas Tree which is about 3ft high for you to decorate anyway you like. The interior of the chalet is bare, you can decorate anyway you like, you can fit shelving and you will need to consider light and heat for your chalet. There is no internal electrics available so it will have to be battery or solar powered. You will also need to provide your own padlock for the back door.
